CORNING - A local Realtor feels the public /private Housing Strategy Partnership has made amazing strides, considerably impacting home real estate sales in the city. “Since the project started four years ago, home real estate sales in the city have increased,” said Dave Moses, a licensed real estate broker at Howard Hanna, who serves on the HSP steering committee. Moses recently told City Council members that when the idea of a Housing Strategy partnership first was discussed, Mayor Bill Boland asked him about real estate housing sales in the city. “The only thing I could really tell him was that we weren’t doing much real estate in the City of Corning,” Moses said.
